How can I import guests from my Gmail, Outlook, etc. contacts?

Most personal information management programs allow you to export your contacts to a CSV file. Once in CSV format you can import your contacts into a spreadsheet. You can then use the spreadsheet to add guests to your guest list. To do this follow the steps below.

1. Export your Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail, Outlook, Apple Address Book, etc. contacts to a CSV file. Be sure to save the export file with a ".csv" extension.
2. Import the CSV file into a spreadsheet program such as Excel, Google Docs, Open Office, etc. Usually just double clicking the CSV file will start the import for you.
3. Use your contacts spreadsheet to to add guests to your guest list
